Vision
Darsh means Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna symbolises protection, compassion, tenderness and love. He is also a symbol of the force that keeps us from temptation and leads us towards our goals. It is something I focus on in my own practice and that I wish to share with my students.
When I did my teacher-training I never had the intention of becoming a teacher. I took it mainly because I wanted to learn more and understand what it was all about, but when I came back home the opportunities came to me on a silver plate, and I had a great desire to share what I had learned. I was shocked by how much of the yogic wisdom that rarely gets to see the light of day in the west.
It is my vision as a yoga-teacher to provide a more holistic approach to yoga and share the neglected wisdom that we so desperately need.

Including anatomy, physiology, sports psychology, sports science and movement theory.

6 Months expedition through Norge
In 2014 I crossed Norway lenghtwise over a period of six months and approximately 3000km. A lot of my spiritual process happend as a result of this journey.

Before studying yoga, I worked as a life coach for a year.

Retreats
The last years I’ve arranged two ten-day retreats in Spain, one weekend retreat in Oslo and six just outside of Stavanger.

Yoga og Reiki Education
Certified hatha yoga teacher and advanced reiki practitioner.

Opened DarshYoga
As soon as I came home I opened a Yoga and Reiki Studio in Stavanger Sentrum.

In 2019 I arranged a Yoga-Festival at Alchemilla Drivhuset at Rennesøy, which is a lovely greenhouse for events.

1st of Mars 2022 I arranged a non-profit MahaShivRatri event in Stavanger.

Spiritual Journey in Himalaya
I embarked on an epic adventure in Himalaya, visiting temples, monks and gurus.
Darsh Yoga
