Nature + Yoga

In 2022 I started a new company called PineCone. For me, spending time alone in the wilderness is some of the best things I do for myself, along with yoga. Combining the two brings about a great opportunity for growth and healing. My main goal with PineCone is to help people take the first step into nature and help them become comfortable spending the night alone. With basic survival lessons like putting up a fire in just about any conditions, how to put up camp, crossing rivers, packing your backpack and so on you will learn everything you need to spend a night alone in the wild. In addition to that, I hope to be able to give an understanding of the five elements(from Yogic and Ayurvedic tradition) , and how mastering the elements is the same as mastering your life. We go through ways to balance and cleanse the elements within our system.

In 2014 I walked across Norway on foot, from the northern most point of Norway in mid-winter, to the South. A six months long journey with everything I needed in my backpack. Although the physical journey ended, an inner journey had started. A journey which still is very much alive within me to this day.

Nature and yoga are the two aspects of my life that has had the most influence on my growth both on a personal level, but also on a spiritual level. When combined, its like 1+1=3. These trips are some of the most rewarding work I do.

Unfortunately at this time I do not have the capacity to organise these trips, but I am looking for people to help me with this process so that I can manage to have them. If you feel called to help me with this, please let me know!
